Critical wavelength in SMS structures employing GeO2 doped MMF

Abstract

We demonstrate experimentally and explain theoretically that SMS structures employing GeO2 doped Multimode fibers are most sensitive near a critical wavelength and show opposite spectral shift around it with respect to change in ambient temperature.
