Arbitrary Shuffler Using Cross-Point Waveguide Mirrors

Abstract

Dual layer waveguides are used to realize an arbitrary channel shuffler. The channel mapping of two parallel waveguides is determined by the positions of optical vias, which consist of laser processed two 45 degree mirrors.
