Abstract

We use femtosecond-laser ablation to lesion cortical microvessels in transgenic mouse models of Alzheimer’s Disease. Aβ plaques and blood flow were imaged in vivo with 2-photon microscopy. Aβ accumulated after lesions which stalled blood flow.
