Characterization of Erbium-doped Fiber Ring Laser that uses polarization controllers

Abstract

The characterization of an all-fiber laser with different gain medium was performed. The polarization controllers were used to obtain the best emissions. The results showed that the laser emission bandwidth was reduced in 41%.
