In-line Digital Holographic Microscopy with Improved Phase Reconstruction

Abstract

A plane wave instead of spherical reference wave, and spectral method to avoid quadratic phase sampling are used in the reconstruction process of an in-line digital holographic microscopy. This results in non-erroneous phase reconstruction.
