High-Resolution Integrated Image Sensor with Polymer Micropolarization Array

Abstract

A novel image sensor for high-resolution polarization imaging is presented. The image sensor combines polymer polarization filters with CMOS imaging technology in order to extract the first three Stokes parameters at the focal plane.
