Nanophotonics for Information Systems Integration

Abstract

We describe nanophotonics process of creating components and devices utilized with metamaterials such as birefringent dielectrics, photonic crystals, and metal-dielectric composites. This approach enhances monolithic integration needed for realization of information systems for various applications. Article not available.
