Adaptively Optimized White-Continuum Spectra for Two-Photon Excitation of Fluorophores

Abstract

Spectra of supercontinuum light generated with photonic crystal fibers are adaptively shaped by shaping the input laser pulses so that highest two-photon pumping is attained for a targeted fluorophore.
