Depolarized hyper-Rayleigh Scattering as a probe on Inter-Molecular Interactions

Abstract

Depolarized hyper-Rayleigh Scattering (HRS) was performed to study molecular correlations and interactions in a liquid. Studies on liquid nitrobenzene suggest that a delocalized orientational mode contributes to the coherent HRS.
