Abstract

Synthesis, electrochemical, photophysical, thermal properties of novel spiro-bridged bi(9,9-diarylfluorene)s were investigated. Their promising properties render them as excellent emitters in UV-OLED. The capability of these UV-emitters used as efficient host for red electrophosphorescent device has been demonstrated.
