Chirp Rates of Harmonics Driven by Few-Cycle Laser Pulses

Abstract

Via numerical solution of the time-dependent Schrödinger equation, we show that the adiabatic prediction for the frequency chirp rates of cutoff harmonics is very accurate even for driving pulses as short as three optical cycles.
