Many-Particle Effects in the Nonlinear Polarization Rotation in Semiconductor Quantum Well Bragg Structures

Abstract

Nonlinear reflectivity and polarization rotation in semiconductor quantum well Bragg structures is investigated. The theoretical study is based on a many-particle theory that includes phase-space filling, Hartree-Fock and two-exciton correlation effects.
