A New Arrayed Waveguide Grating Design for Wavelength Interrogation Application

Abstract

We propose and discuss a design of arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) for wavelength interrogation. It is shown that by properly choosing the minimum arrayed waveguide length we can obtain narrow band spectral response AWGs.
