Energy transfer and propagation in microstructured optical media with realistic material response

Abstract

We apply our recently-developed Hamiltonian polariton formulation for dispersive and absorptive artificially structured media to optical problems in systems of interest, including resonant dipole energy transfer and pulse dynamics. Examples are presented.
