Abstract

Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite (GOSAT) and its successor, GOSAT-2, are Japanese earth observation satellites for greenhouse gas measurement from space using Fourier transform spectrometers. Instrument specifications, together with GOSAT achievements and GOSAT-2 expectations, will be introduced.
