Correcting the Herschel SPIRE/FTS double bump

Abstract

The Herschel/SPIRE FTS used two standard resolution modes: high- and low-res (HR/LR). In a hybrid H+LR mode, a clear systematic discrepancy in the continuum is seen. An empirical correction which removes this noise has been developed.
