Feed-forward coherent dual-comb spectroscopy

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a feed-forward technique to establish the mutual coherence between two mode-locked-laser-based frequency combs for dual-comb spectroscopy. Coherent averaging is achieved without adaptive sampling or post-signal processing.
