Annealing of Dislocations in Multicrystalline Silicon Solar Cell Material

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We propose and demonstrate a method to remove performance-limiting dislocations from multicrystalline silicon solar cell material. High temperature annealing procedures, inspired in the well known treatment of metals, show dislocation density reductions of >95%. Article not available.
