Abstract
High numerical aperture objectives allow focusing to spot sizes much smaller than the wavelength of the light. Momentum entangled n-photon states should allow to further reduce these spot sizes by a factor of n [1]. We plan to use gold nanoparticles in a confocal microscope setup to determine the point-spread function of a high NA objective [2] and to show the enhancement in resolution using momentum entangled states of light.
