Abstract

We developed a cavity ring-down spectroscopy system utilizing a room-temperature, mode-hop-free, continuous wave external-cavity quantum cascade laser for high-resolution and high-sensitive molecular spectroscopic study of ammonia molecule in the spectral region covering 6.0-6.3 μm.
