Ultra-large amplitude wavelength modulation spectroscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate the extension of wavelength modulation spectroscopy (WMS) to ultra-large modulation depths by using a fast-scanning MEMS laser. We perform measurements of CO2 in air at the highest to-date density for a WMS measurement.
