LGLC Laser Monolithically Integrated with Low-Loss, Dual-Core, Spot-Size Converter for Tunable XFP Modules

Abstract

A tunable LGLC laser monolithically integrated with dual-core SSC for tunable XFP modules has been developed. FWHMs of horizontal and vertical FFPs were narrowed to 20° and 25° under 0.5dB low excess loss in C-band.
