Similariton-Based Spectral Interferometry for Femtosecond Signal Characterization

Abstract

Similariton is used to provide a reference for the characterization of ultrashort pulses by spectral interferometry. Pulse profiles are compared with autocorrelation measurements and the ones carried out by a prototype of femtosecond oscilloscope.
