Abstract

Real-time evaluation of mixed rate DWDM transmission of 112Gb/s PM-QPSK signals over 1072km CD managed link shows a penalty from nonlinear distortions below 0.14dB with 43Gb/s PM-BPSK and PM-QPSK neighbors and 0.81dB with 10.7Gb/s neighbors.
