Automated analysis of polarimetric images for the diagnostics of gastric biopsies

Abstract

The gastric biopsies were measured with a Mueller microscope. The clustering algorithm was applied for the analysis of multi-dimensional data and image segmentation. The increase in contrast highlights tissue microstructure for tissue diagnostics.
