Fabrication of Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) based biosensor using glancing angle deposition (GLAD) technique for the detection of E-coli bacteria

Abstract

We fabricated SERS-based biosensors using the GLAD technique. The en- hancement in Raman signal was investigated using 0.01M Rhodamine 6G solution, and it was employed to detect and identify biological pathogens like E-Coli bacteria.
