Non-invasive Raman Signal Enhancement in a Scattering Medium

Abstract

In order to enhance spontaneous Raman signals, we exploit non-invasive wave-front shaping methods using a spectrally resolved speckle variance optimization algorithm. We demonstrate unprecedented signal enhancement > 5x in an epi-geometry.
