Fiber-based Fluorescence and Reflection Measurements during Laser Lithotripsy

Abstract

During laser lithotripsy, fluorescence of stones and reflection signals from the fiber surface can be measured with the aiming beam light, paving the way for an automatic stone and fiber breakage detection.
