Fabrication of polymer diffractive elements for mid-infrared radiation

Abstract

Various transmissive diffractive elements have been fabricated for the mid-infrared wavelength region by using polymeric substrates. The fabrication method is described. The influence of some fabrication variables related with the performance of the elements is analyzed.
