Abstract
Volumetric tracking of dynamic objects is vital in biomedical and technical sciences. Lensless digital in-line holographic microscopy offers unique setup compactness and high analysis throughput. We propose new automatic tracking algorithm driven by computational d ark-field based autofocusing metric. Method is validated in live sperm cell study.
