Abstract

Fluorescence Holographic Microscope extends the capabilities of DHM in the study of living cells. However, the use of low coherence emitted light for holography is accompanied by increased sensitivity of the system to correct alignment. Therefore, the introduction of an automatic self-correcting system is inevitable.
