Abstract

We have studied the characteristics of RBC flickering affected by PNH using quantitative phase imaging (QPI). We have measured the time series thickness fluctuations of healthy RBCs and unhealthy RBCs (PNH). The results have showed RBCs had the similar shape with donut, but have found the difference of temporal characteristics in RBCs (PNH).
