Phase-Shifting Digital Holography Using Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

Abstract

Multilayer ceramic capacitors for phase shifter in digital holography is tested and implemented. The measurement of displacement profile and 4-step phase-shifting holograms are conducted for verification of the proposed method.
