360-degree Viewable Image-plane Disk-type Multiplex Hologram Recorded with Converging Spherical Reference Wave

Abstract

A two-step holographic process, with which the recorded image size is no longer limited by the aperture of the exit lens and the wavelength bandwidth as well as the distortion of the reconstructed image could be greatly reduced, is proposed. Experimental demonstration and some theoretical result are provided.
