Digital Inline Holographic Microscopy with Grating Illumination and Iterative Reconstruction

Abstract

We developed a digital inline holographic microscope with grating illumination. Based on the hologram intensity and considering the grating illumination as constraint, iterative reconstruction were used to retrieve the phase information and remove the twin-image background.
