Holographic mapping of gold nanoparticles for nanotopography

Abstract

Three-dimensional mapping of a gold nanoparticles (GNP) using an in-line digital holographic microscope with a twilight-field optical configuration is demonstrated. In this research, a measurement of multiple GNPs was achieved toward a nanotopography.
