Depth Enhancement of Optical Scanning Holography with a Spiral Phase Plate

Abstract

A spiral phase plate is applied to the optical scanning holography system to improve the depth resolution of the reconstruction, the simulation results show that the depth interval can be resolved at a 0.4 µm with only a single hologram.
