Long-wave infrared digital holographic interferometry for deformation measurement of the segmented detector array of the space EUCLID mission

Abstract

Digital holographic interferometry in LWIR is used for following the deformation and relative movement of an assembly of detectors to be used in space. The setup is incorporated in a vacuum chamber for cryogenic testing.
