Abstract

We numerically investigated holographic wavefront retrieval using Laplacian reconstruction. One application for Laplacian reconstruction that requires two holograms captured with slightly different depths or wavelengths was used for detecting the in-focus position; however, we used it as a wavefront retrieval technique in which the equation of Laplacian reconstruction was regarded as a Poisson equation.
