Abstract
We propose digital holography with an ultra-broad band light, a coherence scanning, and a continuous chromatic phase-shifter. The coherence scanning method is to measure a rough shape of an object. The chromatic phase-shifter gives difference frequencies shifting for respective optical frequencies and an arbitrary selection of the signals in the temporal frequency domain. The single- or two-wavelength measurements with arbitrary dynamic range can be performed for characterizing a deep object with high resolution.
