25 Hz en-face Low-Coherent Quantitative Reflection Phase Imaging of Living Cells

Abstract

The surface motion of a living cell is imaged in 25 Hz frame rate without dyes or mechanical probes. The setup is based on a low-coherent Linnik microscope with sub-nanometer resolution optical-path length control.
