Group Analysis for Functional Optical Brain Imaging using a Random Effects Model

Abstract

To date, group analysis methods in diffuse optical imaging have been largely restricted to analysis of region-of-interest information. We describe a random-effects imaging (inverse) model for calculating group statistics.
