Quantified Reconstruction Methods in Optoacoustic Tomography

Abstract

Quantification of optoacoustic images is a long-standing yet important challenge. To improve tomographic reconstruction accuracy under heterogeneous realistic tissues conditions, we suggest and experimentally test correction algorithms based on iterative modeling and sparse image representation.
