Abstract
We are presenting method for 3D visualization of depth structure of scattering biological matters with high spatial resolution (10-15 mkm) with no longitudinal or transverse scanning. This method is based on holographic digital recording of scattered by the object light waves for discrete set of spectral components and on posterior digital restoration of 3D image. By means of tunable infrared source with coherence length, exceeding depth of investigated area, and with tune range of several tens of nm it was realized real 3D tomographic visualization of object depth structure.
