Abstract
Wavelength-Scanning digital interference holography is an important method of in vitro imaging animal tissue non-invasively to achieve high-resolution volumetric datasets. Using this technique, we have demonstrated tomographic imaging of multiple-layered sub-surface structures of mouse tissues.
