Imaging Cellular Metabolic Heterogeneity in Cancer

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Optical metabolic imaging (OMI) quantifies the fluorescence intensities and lifetimes of NADH and FAD using two-photon microscopy. OMI allows for cells to be monitored within tumors, to design effective cancer therapies and personalize cancer treatment.
