On the Relationship Between Trial-to-Trial Response Time Variability and fNIRS-Based Functional Connectivity

Abstract

We study the relationship between response time (RT) variability and functional connectivity (FC) estimated by wavelet transform coherence, when performing a visual oddball task. A statistically significant correlation is observed between RT and FC.
