Abstract

3D optical reconstruction of in-vitro Glioblastoma brain tumors was evaluated longitudinally with Mesoscopic Fluorescence Molecular Tomography. Tumor growth and tumor response to the Temozolomide, a clinical drug, were evaluated through volumetric change.
