Abstract

Non-equilibrium spin-1 condensates are created by quenching through a quantum phase transition. Subsequent evolution generates 10 dB of spin-nematic squeezing and highly non-Gaussian states. Additionally, we demonstrate dynamical stabilization of the spin dynamics.
