Quantum Dot Spin-Photon Entanglement

Abstract

Single electron spins confined to InAs quantum dots (QDs) can serve as qubits for quantum information applications. We report QD spin-photon entanglement useful for scaling a QD spin architecture via intermediate photonic qubits.
